How do I mark sale category on stocks sold that I inherited in 2010? I have cost basis from the stocks from the company.

You do not need to mark as inherited. Instead just use the date of inheritance as the date acquired and the FMV at inheritance as the cost basis in the stocks (unless electing to use alternative date by estate's fiduciary).
