I have rental property located within city limits. Each property has a monthly city fee that covers trash pickup, storm water, etc... where do I deduct this?

Each rental property has a monthly fee based on the size of the home. I am just not sure where to list the fee.

You can put it under utilities. Alternatively, put it under "other" expenses; that way you identify it as a city fee.
