I have purchased Turbotax Premier - have two rental properties - only able to enter one

I have multiple rental properties - need to enter separate information for each property - in the pat you could have multiple properties

currently only able to enter 1 property for tax return

You can have multiple properties, please go back to Rental section and "Add another rental"
