Is 100 the correct percentage if I rented out my property all year?

 In 2017 I started renting out my condo mid-year, the business use was 58%. This year I answered "Yes" to the question "Was the property rented out all year?”. Despite that, the percentage showed as 58% (transferred from last year’s form), instead of 100%. I changed it manually.

Yes, 100% is the correct percentage if your condo was rented all year and yes, it's appropriate to change the percent to reflect the correct percentage in 2018.
