will it updated? I filed my taxes, but forgot to add a 1099-b for my stock capital gains/losses.. went back and added the document.. amount refunded is not updated

No ----your return will not update with something you tried to add after you e-filed.  You just messed up your return.  Delete whatever you tried to add and wait for the return to be fully processed.  The only way to change it  is to file an amended return using a Form 1040X after the IRS processes the return.  You have to be able to work from the return exactly as it appeared when it was e-filed.
