Why is Turbo Tax capital gains section programed to think 02/02/2018 is after 01/23/2019?

Capital gains section will not accept sale date of 01/23/19 with purchase date of 02/02/2018. How do I procede?

Are you entering a sale of an investment from a 1099B?

Double-check which dates TurboTax is asking for, to be sure you are entering the correct dates for the correct questions (sometimes the questions might not seem in order intuitively)

If you have everything entered correctly, please delete that sale entirely, clear cookies on your browser, log out completely, log back in and try again.
