Are you entering a sale of an investment from a 1099B?
Double-check which dates TurboTax is asking for, to be sure you are entering the correct dates for the correct questions (sometimes the questions might not seem in order intuitively)
If you have everything entered correctly, please delete that sale entirely, clear cookies on your browser, log out completely, log back in and try again.
