Why aren't my expenses saving on my rental property?

I enter the expenses but the website does not save the value and it still reads "Not Started" on the overview page, but the values are there if I click back into the item.

You are posting from the downloaded program so why are you using the ONLINE version instead ... was that a mistake?  In the online version it will save as you complete sections so don't worry about it until you finish a section.  

In the downloaded version  you have the option to save your return as you go along or when you close the program.

Thanks for your reply. I'm using the online version & was prompted by the software to post - not sure if/how it would be tied to the downloaded version.
