Which version of TurboTax do I need when I own a rental property and sold it last year?

I am trying to determine if TruboTax Deluxe is all I need or if I need to upgrade to TurboTax Premier.

The TurboTax desktop editions include all the same forms and schedules so that you can use the Deluxe edition to report your rental property income, expenses and assets on Schedule E.

If you believe you will need more guidance for the rental property entries you can always upgrade to the Premier edition and only pay the difference between Deluxe and Premier.

If you use TurboTax Online you will have to use Premium to report the sale of the rental property.
