• Login to your TurboTax online account
• Click Take me to my return
• Click State Taxes
• Click Start or Continue next to your Hawaii state return
• Answer all questions until you reach the About the Low-Income Household Renters Credit screen. If you meet all of the qualifications, click Yes
• On the next screen, enter your address and click Continue
• This will take you to the Rent Paid screen. This is where you would enter your monthly rent as a combined amount for all of 2016 that you paid.
