Where in your step by step do you put a single family rental information?.

Your step by step is very confusing. What forms do I need to fill out for the rent being paid,, the expenses and then the income earned?

You will enter your rental property income and expenses on Schedule E.  To access Schedule E in TurboTax search for Schedule E then click on Jump to Schedule E in the results box.  Follow the program prompts to enter your rental property income and expenses.  When you are done Turbotax will automatically complete Schedule E as part of your tax return.
