The quickest way to get there is, search for capital loss carryover (exactly like that), and then select the "Jump to" link in the search results. 

• That will take you directly to the screen Did you have investment losses you couldn't claim in 2016> answer Yes.  

• Answer Yes, I know my capital loss carryover amounts on the next screen
• The next screen is where you can enter the carryover amount from 2016.
