Where do i enter the stocks and investments deluxe

Are you referring to transactions of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc., capital gains/losses?  If you are using Online Deluxe, it cannot handle Schedule D and Form 8949 for such transactions.   Premier or higher is necessary to report those items.

If that's your situation, you have a couple of choices.

If you are using Online TurboTax and want to continue online, then when your return is open, there is an Upgrade link at the top, where you can upgrade the product to Premier.

All of the desktop products (CD/download) can handle Schedule D.   If you want to use a desktop product instead of online, we can tell you more about them and how to switch without starting over.
