The bond interest is entered on box 3 of the Form 1099-INT

To report interest income received -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home & Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on
Under Interest and Dividends
On Interest on 1099-INT, click on the start or update button

Where do I enter 1099-INT or Savings Bond interest?   When you go to enter the form, it will only show the Payer and Box 1.   Since savings bond interest is reported in Box 3, you will need to put a checkmark in the box underneath the payer that says My form has info in more than box 1
