Where do I enter Sales Expenses for a rental property? It does not pop up when I go through the investment sale steps and it does not allow me to add it under rentals

To enter your sales expenses for a rental property enter sale of rental property in the find box then click on Jump to sale of rental property in the results window.  Follow the program prompts to the page Sales of Business or Rental property.  You will enter your sales expenses on the cost of property (or Tax basis) Plus Expenses of Sale

How do I get to that screen? I went to investment sale --> Everything Else and it does not take me to that screen the only options I have our net proceeds and date of sale. It tells me not to take it out of the net proceeds and not to add it to the cost basis. Those are the only prompts I get before it asks me to add another sale
