How do I enter my quarterly estimated tax payments?

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

What does that refer to?   Do you mean an overpayment?   Did you have an overpayment of Federal taxes last year and elected to "apply" part or all of it to your 2025 taxes?   If so, you will see a place to enter an applied overpayment in that same section that @ DoninGA   provided steps to.  It's a different subtopic in that section, however; i.e., it's separate from the quarterly estimated taxes section.  So find the subtopic line that indicates an overpayment from last year and click Start. 

Or does "tax credit carryover" refer to some other type of credit carryover from last year, such as a Foreign Tax Credit carryover?
