Where are capital gains reported on the new 1040?

Where are capital gains reported on the new 1040?  Schedule D line 22 says report capital gains on line 13 of 1040.  This is not correct.  The new 1040 line 13 is not the same as previous years. 1040  Line 13 says:  "Subtract line 12 from line 11. If zero or less, enter -0-".  Even the IRS instructions on the web say report it on line 13 of 1040.

You will find capital gains on Schedule 1 line 13. And it will be carried over to line 6 on Form 1040 with the rest of the additional income.
