Oil & Gas royalties are reported on PA schedule E, line 2.
First enter your Oil/Gas Royalty on the federal return under the Rental/Royalty section. Then under your PA state tax tab, you will find the page, 'Rents,Royalties, Patents, Copyrights. Continue to enter the PA schedule E information.
