Forms 4562 attached to Schedule E are currently being updated.
The software should be updated after 02/11/26, but our tech team is working hard to have those updates before that date.
So ... "after 2/11/26" means what? ..... April? July?
The original notice in TT said "by February but likely sooner". Now we're being told "after 2/11/26.
Can we please get an answer that sets and manages the expectations of the user community appropriately?
Every year it seems that TT has one major flaw on basic functionality that brings everything to a hault. Last year it was printing on the Mac version. A few years ago it was the foreign tax credit. I think we may be seeing this year's candidate for FUBAR status.
It's Feb 13 and I am still getting the message that depreciation forms are not ready. How is this possible even the free tax filing companies already have this done??? How do I get a refund for what I paid for Turbo Tax?
I've been advised today by management that the work on the depreciation section of TurboTax is continuing and expected to be completed with an update coming the evening of Thursday, February 19th.
They are not ready yet so how do I switch to the H and R Block program

If you are using desktop software you may need to do a manual update. Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.
