When I try to edit or delete mortgage interest on my rental property, for several hours, I get this error message, "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section"?

Is this a problem that will be resolved soon?

In most cases, this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax Online, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.

I have this same problem.  I cleared my cache, rebooted my computer (Mac), but still run into this problem.  Can someone please help?

Make sure you are editing the amounts in the Rental Properties section @willyeh

Where do I enter income and expenses from a rental property?
