When entering real estate taxes for a property that was converted to a rental property in July, do I submit the entire year of taxes or calculate only 6 months worth?

If you started renting your property only in July 2019, you can only deduct rental expenses from that date: half of the property taxes, half of mortgage interest.

 

The other half can be deducted under Deductions & Credits - Your Home.
