If you're asking what to enter in the Sales section dropdown on the Now, enter one sale on your [No Cost Basis] 1099‑B screen, select Long-term basis not reported to IRS (noncovered).
I assume this is what you're asking, since you wouldn't be able to make your long-term capital gain computation without basis information. If this isn't your question, please provide more information.
