We purchased a property on March 11, 2025 and rented it beginning that day. Where do we show that the property was rented the entire 295 days which we owned it?

When you enter your income and expenses for your rental, TurboTax will ask you how many days the property was rented.  

1. Go to Wages and Income and select rental income
2. Select Start or Update next to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E).
3. Answer Yes to the question Did you have any income from rentals or royalties?
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

As you enter the information you will need to indicate that this is the first year you rented the property, and also mark that the property was not rented every day during 2025.
