We have income from a farm rental in South Dakota that is managed by a professional management company. Is the fee they charge deductible?

We have income from a farm rental in South Dakota that is managed by a professional management company. Is the fee they charge deductible?
Property management fees are expensed on a rental property in schedule E.
Or if you have share crop farm rental income (you receive a percentage of the crop to sell instead of a cash payment) you expense management fees of form 4835, which flows to schedule E.
