We had our broker sell or dispose of some of our holdings. Turbo Tax is asking if we bought every investment listed on the 1099-B. Is this a Yes or No?

We told our broker how much cash we wanted, she chose what to close out.

If you inherited some or all of them or obtained them in another way, answer no.
