Vehicles are in my husband's name and I drove them for my rental properties. In expense section can I say I am the owner and deduct expenses?

Yes, if you drove them, and your household incurred vehicle expenses for your rental business, they are a legitimate business deductions, regardless if the vehicles were titled to you or your husband.
