US citizen with Canadian rental property

Hi, I am new to this- bought a condo in Canada and rented it out. Can anyone provide some basic info as to order of filing? eg; do I file US return with rental property on it and then file Canadian and show taxes paid to USA? I realize I am likely late on filing my 2019 Canadian return.
