Turbo tax 2024 Premier on Mac crashes when I import from robinhood using account and document IDt or

I am using Turbo Tax 2024 Premier on my Mac. I imported my robinhood data a couple of weeks ago. When I tried to import my spouse's data last week, I noticed an extra security layer with an image captcha. If I wait on the screen for a bit or click any sub image on the image captcha, the app crashes. If I try to re-import my own robinhood data, which worked a few weeks ago, the app still crashes. When I first imported from robinhood, there wasn't an extra layer of security where I had to solve an image captcha.
