TT has a question: Was the rental property rented all year? How do I answer this based on my situation ?

My property was rented for 10 months and I was not able to get a tenant for 2 months though I listed the property for rent (meaning the intent was to rent). The property was not used for personal purposes during the time it was vacant. Do I answer "Yes" or "No" to the Turbo Tax question ?
