check your entries, there is no problem with the form. you'll have to review both 8949 and Schedule D since numbers on it come from various other forms and entries.
After after inputting values to TT, i add the 6 (1099-B) numbers that TT has summarized after and and when i continue to next page the total is $ 4000 higher when i added the 6 (1099-B) numbers. and i checked the math multiple times.
As Mike mentioned above, print out the Form 8949 and Schedule D to see the numbers on the actual tax forms. It is likely that when you do that, things will make sense to you (and if not, you can see exactly where the potential problem is and we may be able to direct you from there).
