Trouble linking public.com account for 1099

Hi, I invest using Public.com and my 1099 is available now. However when I go to turbo tax where it asks for my apex ID and SSN. I enter the ID as it appears on my 1099 and my SSN then it gives me a 103 error. So is this a technical issue? Has anyone else had problems?

To import your 1099 your brokerage or financial institution needs to be on the TurboTax Import Partner List. If your brokerage or financial institution isn't a preferred partner, you can upload the forms from your computer or manually enter them yourself.
