I purchased a rental property on 2011, rent out on 2013, sold on 2016. Which year I have to put for "year of acquired" for the rental property? Thanks.

The year acquired is the original purchase date. If you did not begin using the property as a rental on that date, you will be see another question where you can enter the date you first used it as a rental.
