Since the 1099-DIV has your daughter's name and Social Security number, it's your daughter's income, not yours. Since the dividend income of $20.84 is her only income for the year, it does not have to be reported anywhere. You do not enter it in your tax return or anywhere else.

Whose name and Social Security number are shown on the 1099-DIV as the recipient?
If it's your daughter's name and Social Security number, did she have any other income in 2017? If so, what kind of income and how much?
How old is your daughter? Does she live with you? Do you support her?

Thanks for the prompt response. The form has her name/SS on it including my aunt as the custodian. No other income, she's 8 yrs old. I support her and lives with me.
