Enter and proceed through the Indiana state Interview in TurboTax, until you come to a screen with the heading "Take a look at Indiana credits and taxes".

Scroll down to the subheading "Business and investment credits".

Click on Start for "Other Business Credits". The next screen will ask you for the Venture Capital Investment Credit.

Thanks. Do I need to have a certain version of Turbo Tax for this credit to appear? I do not have a "Business and investment credits" section in the interview.

Did you ever resolve this?  I'm running into the same issue.

In TurboTax Online, in the Indiana state income tax return, at the screen Take a look at Indiana credits and taxes, select Start to the right of Venture Capital Investment Credit.

The Indiana Venture Capital Investment Credit is reported on Indiana Schedule IN-OCC using code 835 or 868.

See Indiana IT-40 Full-Year Resident Booklet, page 44, here.
