Do I need to claim my 1099 DIV on my taxes if I don't sell any of stocks and I reinvest my dividends?

Stocks

Yes, you do.  Since they are reported to you on a Form 1099-DIV, that is the same as you receiving the cash, then handing it back over to be invested.
