I sold stocks for the first time in 2021. My end of year statement from my broker shows Form 8949 with varying amounts, but my 1099-B is $0. Do I need to include the stock sale on my taxes since the 1099-B is $0?

IRS requires details of your SELL transactions to be listed on a Form 8949,
or on your other forms (e.g. consolidated 1099-B) which have the same information and in the same manner as Form 8949.
At tax time, you will summarize your transactions by Sales Category.
Reporting Exception: if you summarize Category A or Category D, Form 8949 is not needed for transactions without adjustments. No mailing is necessary.
If your 1099-B is messed up,
either you get it corrected,
or you report using your own records.
