2018 IRS PUB. 17.  Chapter 27 - Other Itemized Deductions Page 193:   "Investment Fees and Expenses Investment fees, custodial fees, trust administration fees, and other expenses you paid for managing your investments that produce taxable income are miscellaneous itemized deductions and are no longer deductible."

This is a change with 2018 tax year under the new tax bill.
