The sale of securities, (securities held in an "after tax" account, like a brokerage account), is reported using the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview.  However if you want to use TurboTax "online" you need to move up to the Premier versions as that's the first version in the cost ladder that handles security sales.

As BobB7 says, what you did with the proceeds of your stock sales has nothing to do with your need to report the sales and has nothing to do with any calculation of gain or loss.

If your question is whether the gains are taxable, unless the stock is in an IRA or similar account the answer is yes.  The fact that you reinvested the proceeds has no tax effect.  Be sure to wait for the tax forms from your broker before filing.
