Silver Bullion Purchase

Where do I enter the cost basis for the bulllion of silver that I purchased in 2021?  I have only purchased, not sold, bullion.  I did not see a Form with the purchase, I assume I would only see a brokerage form with a sale of a commodity.

You don't enter purchases on your tax return, only sales. Keep this for your records for when you do sell.

Thanks Colleen.  I suspected that was the case.  Keeping my purchase records for when I sell the commodity.
