Schedule D refers to an attached 1099B statement I uploaded in TT, but I don't see it attached. TT says it will send to IRS for me, will it or do I need to send myself?

It should be sent along with your tax return. Also, it is requested that you attach the form 1099-B to your tax return under certain circumstances, but it is not critical to the processing of your tax return and should not materially affect the processing of it.
