Schedule D line 8a is not transferring to the 1099B worksheet. This impacts capital loss carryover.

Are you sure you are looking at the correct 1099-B worksheet? There would be separate ones for different investment sales. Also, the worksheet is what populates the entry on Schedule D, not the other way around.
