Sale of property has been entered, interest from bank entered, and rental income entered for our trust but when I go to distribute K-1, no amounts carry over to the K-1.

Ensure that you have gone through the Distributions section in Step-by-Step Mode (see first screenshot).

Subsequently, enter Forms Mode (click the Forms icon in the upper right side of the screen), open your K-1s and ensure that each has a percentage entered in Part B of the Beneficiary's Allocation Smart Worksheet (see second screenshot).
