Rental RE safe harbor statement

I have three properties which I combined under the safe harbor.  It seems the Rental RE safe harbor statement prints out for two of the three..yet the Rental RE Enterprise statement reflects all three.

Please advise as to how I can get the third safe harbor statement form to print

You might want to contact Support (link below) for this issue. I have seen the same problem with respect to a test return I ran on the Home & Business version.
