Online Deluxe cannot handle rental property income/expenses, since it does not handle Schedule E and associated forms.

In an Online product, only Premier and TT Self-Employed handle Schedule E.

All of the desktop editions can handle Schedule E, but differ in other ways.  We can tell you more about the various desktop products and how they differ if you need that info.
