Rental Income and Expenses are entered on IRS Schedule E.  The Free online edition does not support Schedule E.  You will need to upgrade to the Premier online edition.

what about Deluxe

If I collected in rent 6000. losses equal 5600. how do I enter this.

The Deluxe online edition does not support Schedule E.
All of the desktop CD/Download editions support Schedule E

Only online Premier and the Self-Employed versions support schedule E.
