Rental Expenses

To enter your rental expenses:

1.  Go to the rentals screen under Wages & Income
2. Under Rental Properties and Royalties, select Start or Update next to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)
3. Answer Yes to the question Did you have any income from rentals or royalties?
4. On the screen What are you here to report?, select Rental property and Continue

TurboTax will guide you as you enter your income and expenses for your rental property.
