Real estate taxes paid on a rental property

Click on the Federal Taxes tab, then Wages & Income, then scroll down to Rental Properties & Royalties and select Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E).

Once you've set up your rental property in the software, you'll see sections for "Property Profile," "Rental Income," "Expenses," etc.  Click on "Expenses" and you'll be taken to the Enter Common Expenses page, where you'll see input boxes for various expenses.  One of these says Real Estate Taxes, and you'll make your entry there.
