Reactivate 1099 download option from financial institution to Turbotax

I turned off the option to download financial information from financial institutions into dividend and interest sections of Turbotax. I have one I need to download. How do I turn the option back on to download my 1099 form from Fidelity? Thank you.

I had an IRA withdrawal in 2023. Tax was deducted at 30%. I didn't get a 1099-R as my IRA account had wrong info. How do I report tax withheld without 1099-R?
