Roth IRA conversion

I am a resident of Virgina until November of 2019.  I will become a Florida Resident in November of 2019. If I do a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA conversion after November will I owe State taxes on it from VA?

Roth IRA conversion

Probably.  Virginia taxes you if you spend more than 180 day in the state for the year, so your conversion should probably wait until next year, assuming your STILL a FL resident.  So, you would probably be doing VA taxes for 2019.  Google Virginia taxes part time resident.
