Installment Sales of Real Estate Form 6252

TurboTax 2020 says can't complete my tax return because (new ?) Form 6252 Installment Sales Income not ready yet.

But IRS official website indicates nothing about any new Form 6252 coming.

What's the story here ???

The forms availability table at the link below indicates Form 6252 will be ready on 2/25/2021.
