Yes, this is considered rental with assets that need to be depreciated. It is not a vehicle.
Understand that the condo itself "is" a rental asset. It's typically the first thing listed on the summary screen in the Assets/Depreciation section. It's also not uncommon for it to be the only thing listed either.
